Cancellation Policy

Melt MedSpa Cancellation Policy

At Melt, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone’s needs and continue offering top-notch services, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 50% cost of the visit will be charged. This fee will be billed to the card on file.

No-Show Fee:
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior communication will incur for the price of the appointment. This fee will be charged to the card on file.

Late Arrivals:
We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Multiple Cancellations:
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or result in the inability to book with us in the future.

Medical Emergencies:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen medical issues, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to accommodate your situation.
